Q:  How do I know what's in your store vs online only?

A:  Use the Product Filter "Availability".  Select "Instore + Online".  Then click into the product itself - it will tell you exactly how many are instore (plus how many are in the supplier warehouse where available, if you need more).

Q:  Can you hold an item for me to pick-up?

A:  No.  Select "Click & Collect" at checkout & we'll have it ready for you to pick up.

A FINAL REQUEST:  We're known for our customer service, however please understand it's MENTAL during Halloween.  Please do your best to search online before calling us.  We're unlikely to return your call promptly but WILL do so same day.
