I called up in a pinch needing to organise a large number of balloons in under an hour for a birthday surprise - she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and got the order underway immediately, balloons were ready 20 minutes later, she was so friendly and helpful and did not even hesitate to take on the last minute task - balloons looked amazing and surprise was a huge success.
